Please give us a call if you cannot make the appointment or if you are going to be late!
During the consultation appointment we will gather records and evaluate your teeth and concerns to create a proper treatment plan that aligns with your goals.
We first begin the appointment by having our assistant take photos, a scan, and possible X-rays of your teeth. Once all records are completed the assistant will set up these records and have the doctor come in for further evaluation.
The doctor will let your know the best treatment plan and what type of treatment we recommend.
If you are interested in taking a look at our different types of treatments feel free to take a look at "Our Service" Page and "Existing Patients" tab.
It takes about one month to hear back from your insurance. Once we have received the approval we can take on the next step.
While waiting for the insruance approval we ask all out patients to go to the General Dentist for a check up & cleaning if you have not gone in the past 6 months. Please download link below to bring to the general dentist once you have the appointment for the cleaning.
