This page describes the public Smile Today & Glenridge Orthodontics website. It does not replace the Notice of Privacy Practices you may receive as a patient. Contact either office with questions about patient privacy.
What this website is
These pages are static marketing and patient-instruction HTML. The site does not run a patient-record database, does not process payments itself, and does not currently include a chat widget or a first-party analytics product.
Information the host may log
Like most websites, the computer that serves these files may keep ordinary server request logs (for example, IP address, requested URL, date and time, and browser type). We do not publish a retention period here because none has been confirmed for this notice.
Third-party tools that can receive data if you use them
- Maps: Embedded Google Maps load only when the page’s map behavior requests them. Google’s own terms and privacy policy apply.
- Reviews: The reviews page can load an Elfsight widget if you press “Show live reviews.” Review profile links also go to Birdeye, Yelp, Facebook, or a Google search. Those companies have their own policies.
- Fonts: Fonts are served by this website; viewing a page does not require a request to Google Fonts.
- Booking: Consultation requests use AnywhereDolphin forms. That company receives whatever you submit there.
- Patient portal: myOrthodontist / AnywhereDolphin login is an external service.
- Payments: Online payments use Converge / Elavon hosted payments. That processor receives payment information you enter there.
- App stores: Links to Apple App Store and Google Play are external.
This website does not implement a cookie banner or a documented first-party cookie mechanism. If a third-party script sets cookies after you choose to load it (for example a map or the optional review widget), that is governed by that vendor, not by a cookie system on this site.
What not to enter here
Do not type medical history, Social Security numbers, insurance member IDs, or other sensitive patient details into public website comments, search boxes, or any future chat. Those tools are not a medical record. Chat is not implemented on this site. Use the office phone, the patient portal, or the booking provider’s form for appointment and account matters.
